Shipping Policy

SHIPPING POLICIES:

Please allow 7-10 business days for order processing before shipment. An email confirmation will be sent to the email address that you provided in the billing information section. That email will contain your order and shipment details.

We appreciate your order. Due to the COVID-19 Pandemic, your order may experience some delay that is out of Kreative Heart Blank's control.

We ship Monday through Friday.  Holidays are excluded.  We do not ship orders the same day.  

Once your item has shipped, you will receive a notification along with your tracking number.  Once scanned into the USPS system, we are not responsible for your item(s), that includes shipping delays and/or damage by the carrier.

We encourage all customers to thoroughly review their shipping and billing information prior to checking out to ensure any possible delays are avoided.  If you place an order with an invalid address, we are not responsible for misguided packages.  If your package has already shipped and you need to correct the address, please email us at kreativeheartsubcraft@gmail.com ASAP to have your package rerouted to the correct address.

If your item is lost during shipping or you have received your item damaged, you will need to file a claim with USPS directly.
